A valid credit card or debit card is required to reserve your reservation. Your deposit is half the price of your party and will be required to hold your reservation once we confirm your booking date and time. Please be advised that cancellations made up to [48 hours] before a scheduled appointment will be processed without a penalty. Cancellations made [48 hours] or less before an appointment will be subject to a charge of [half of the service rate]. If 4Ever Young Mobile Gaming cancels an appointment Due to severe weather a new appointment will be scheduled without penalty to the client, subject to availability.
4 Ever Young Mobile Gaming Trailer is committed to protecting your privacy. We only use the information we collect on the site to make bookings as simple as possible and to enhance your overall experience. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.
4 Ever Young Mobile Gaming charges a $0.03 travel surcharge for parties or events in a 30 mile radius from 3100 Gentian Blvd suite 124 Columbus Ga 31907. There will be a Travel surcharge of $1 a mile for every mile past our 30 mile radius. For Example if you Google map the distance from your address to 3100 Gentian Blvd suite 124 Columbus Ga 31907. And if that distance is 45 miles you will subtract 30 miles from 45 miles which will leave you with a total of 15 miles which will be a additional $15 dollars add to the cost of your party or event for travel surcharge at a rate of $1per mile.
4Ever Young Mobile Gaming Trailer is designed for all types of weather conditions. The theater is insulated and climate controlled with heat and air conditioning. There may be occasions when the weather does not want to cooperate with your scheduled party. Usually this just means we will not be able to open up the outside TVs $45 will be taken off the price of your party. In the event of severe weather (lightning, very high winds, flooding and/or extremely heavy rain or snow, etc.) You may reschedule your event in that 48 hour window. The safety of our guest and staff is very important and we will not put either in danger. To guarantee the safety of you, your guests, our staff and equipment. If the threat of these storms threatens your party we will have to cancel and reschedule your party.
GUEST ARE NOT ALLOWED TO CHANGE THERE OWN GAMES OUT ON ANY OF THE SYSTEMS. GAME CHANGES WILL BE DONE ONLY BY THE GAME COACH EVERY 30 MINS. HOWEVER WE HAVE 7 GAMING STATIONS ALL PLAYING DIFFERENT GAMES AT ONCE. YOUR GUEST ARE ALLOWED ROTTATE AND CHANGE STATION AS OFTEN AND AS MANY TIMES AS THEY WANT TO PLAY THE GAME THEY WOULD LIKE TO PLAY. THEY WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO CHANGE THE DISC IN ANY OF THE SYSTEMS THAT WILL BE DONE BY THE GAME COACH EVERY 30 Minutes.
You may serve alcohol at a 4 Ever Young Mobile Gaming event or party to ADULTS over 21 years of age; however, we do not allow any food or drink inside our mobile game theater. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or cut short any party or booking when alcohol is being served if things get out of hand. The party will be terminated without refund. No Drugs of any sort will be tolerated in or around the 4 Ever Young Mobile video equipment. Any observed use of illegal narcotics or legal narcotics used in an illegal manner will result in the termination of the party immediately without a refund. Furthermore, there is no smoking allowed in our theater during your event due to the nature of our business and electronics.
4 Ever Young Mobile Gaming or any of its employees will not be responsible for any damage to property resulting from a request by the client to position the theater in a specific location. This includes both above ground and below ground property/equipment damage. Additionally, Rolling Video Games of SWGA reserves the right to charge the client’s credit card for damages to the trailer or equipment resulting from the careless or willful damage of same by client’s guests. 4 Ever Young Mobile Gaming and its employees assume no responsibility for any injuries sustained on the client’s property or their designated location. All liability for damages or injuries is the sole responsibility of the client and/or host.
4 Ever Young Mobile Gaming does not allow any food or drinks into the video game theater. Please have your guests consume them outside of the trailer prior to entering!!!
While your party is in effect the Game Coach will/ may be taking pictures of the party. You will then be able to view these pictures on 4 Ever Young Mobile Gaming Facebook Fan Page and copy them to your files. If you do not want our Game Coach taking these pictures or posting them on the Fan Page please notify us prior to the party. We do not always take photos, however, if you do we would love for you to tag us when you post them to social media sites. We do not take photos at any school event without the express written consent of the Principal.
4 Ever Young Mobile gaming does require a parent or responsible adult to be available at the event location. Children under the age of 6 require a parent or guardian be present inside the mobile video game theater for supervision.
When the truck pulls up, we will try to park in the most level & flat area or logical spot to accommodate your party. Sometimes, we park on your neighborhood street, so you might want to let your neighbors know (in case they may object) or let us know if you have a preferred spot for us. We might also have to block a driveway. **Please keep in mind that our Game Coach will not park anywhere that may cause a danger to persons, property or equipment. Our truck and trailer combination is very long and we will need a minimum of 60 feet of space to park. Additionally, our Game Coach will never disconnect the truck from the trailer at a party/event without prior approval nor park off of a hardened surface. If there are low branches, bridges, steep pitches going up or down a driveway, sharp curves, or any other situation the driver doesn’t feel comfortable backing in we will park along the curb. We need the driveway to be at least 10ft wide. Please have cars moved prior to our arrival and have a spot ready for us.
